"Death": ....Death
One More Time is a story about a dead beat singer who is a member of the band One More Time. After a particularly horrible day he is drunk and is killed. But... he wakes up the next morning. Yoo Tan is continually living the same day over and over. At first it is fun but as he starts to get curious about the band he left behind he realizes that everyday ends with his girlfriend Da-in dying. Can he get out of the loop and still keep her alive?

OVERALL STORY: I had some serious problems with this story. The only thing that kept me going was the question of how he was going to keep her alive. But to be entirely fair the show did get better. Yoo Tan came to realize what was important and what was not. Which is a really critical lesson to learn. But the ending kind of ruined everything that was improved about this show for me. The couple finally gets and stays together. They determine that they will relive this day forever and ever. But then somehow they forget each other and life goes on. They meet again in the future and you see a spark of that connection but that's it. It was kind of a let down after all that had been built up. I suppose it couldn't have ended any other way but that doesn't have to make me happy about it. I did think the plot line with Da-in making a deal with death was fascinating. Definitely my favorite part of the show.
MAIN COUPLE: Once the main dude stops being an idiot this couple is cute. They look out for each other and care about one another deeply. She has this innocence and sweetness about her that he needs and he helps her get out and do things she wouldn't normally do. They work together as a couple but it would have been nice if they had realized that sooner.
YOO TAN: I disliked him for the majority of the show. I thought he was arrogant and destructively careless. He was awful to his friends and I had a hard time supporting him until he got his head on straight. After that it was easier to support him but I never completely forgave him. He was just so awful in the first part.
DA-IN: She really was the sweetest. But she was also intelligent enough not to let Yoo Tan walk over her when he was being an idiot. She was a little naive when she made that deal with death but I think that your vision is skewed when you are in love. I liked her.
DEATH: I don't have much to say about the little girl that the reaper appeared as. She was ominous and hilariously frustrated with everyone. I loved her reactions and commentary about everything. Besides Da-in she made this show worth it.
