OVERALL STORY: This was a short and sweet 3 episode show. And I did enjoy it but the one problem I had was that it was not longer. I'm not talking about just the I loved this show so much that I wish there was more of it but it legitimately needed more to feel like a complete show. I will start with the fact that I did like seeing all of the characters different plots come together. It was surprisingly enjoyable. But there were so many loose ends. How will Yoo seul react when she finds out that she played in the piano competition with Jin-mok instead of Cha-sik? I don't think she'll be happy that they lied. Because of that will she continue to play the piano at all? Will Jin-mok and her ever become friends? What about Cha-sik? Will he stay the piano route or find a new path in life? There was so much more that we needed to know. I just think it was a little too open. Overall though if you want a short show to watch that is good and interesting I would definitely recommend this one. It was super fun to watch.
ROMANCE: There was not a lot of this so this section will be short. Yoo-seul and Cha-sik are the couple that is prevalent in this show and the one that I think should get together. He makes her smile and relax which she really needs. He gives her that freedom to play without any expectation. He was the one who got her to do it again and she helped him find a purpose for his life after his own accident. They had a lot of cute moments to with bike riding, the helium apology was pretty memorable (they had argued and he sucked up some helium and then went to apologize to her with the high pitched voice just to make her laugh.) and just them playing together in general. I wish we could have seen them develop into something more.
YOON YOO-SEUL: I liked her a lot despite the fact that she could be a real jerk this time. Like Jin-mok is not my favorite person in the world but he doesn't deserve anything she said to him. I thought that having her find herself after her accident was really inspiring. She learned to live her life the way she wanted to instead of how her mom dictated to her. I think that is important lesson for anyone to learn. Your life is your own to live it the way you want to. And she was well on her way to being a less jerkish person so good for her.
SEO JIN-MOK: I am left feeling undecided on how I feel about him. I originally thought that he was kind of unfeeling. As the show went on I saw new layers to his character especially in regards to his family. They didn't understand how he felt and continually bashed him for doing what he loved. Especially his father who I hated for the things he said to him. But in the end he stood up for what he wanted and I was really proud of him. So I guess I ended up liking him.
JUNG CHA- SIK: At first I thought he was an idiot but actually it turned out he is a very smart idiot. If you watch the show that statement makes a little more sense. The great thing about him is that he is a genuinely nice person. People said some awful things to him and yet he didn't let that change him as a person. He went through a lot of rough stuff with his injury leading to his being unable to play sports and his mother lying to him about who his dad is. Which was really sad and unexpected and I am still kind of angry at his mom for doing that although I understood her reasons.
